Remove unauthorized libraries such as Flask-Login, and Mako and magnific-popup.css (Use only the libraries that have been specified in the rocket channel)
Re-factor application to separate app from routes. Currently, most of back-end logic code and app initialization and config code is all inside app.py
No need to have migrate inside repository. You can use it, but the repository needs only the final version of your database
